Regular Updates

With GrindStone, there is no waiting on call backs from your account representative. We pride ourselves in being available to our clients whenever they need us. All of our account representatives are trained and required to contact clients with updates every 7 to 10 days. You will always know what is going on with your accounts. In the event that you do need to call for an update or to relay some important information, you can expect a call back the same day.

Automatic Status Reports

Do you have monthly credit meetings? Is "Quarter" or "Year End" approaching? GrindStone will set you up with automatic customized status reports. You pick the day of the month that you need the report and we will deliver it to you on time each month. By request, we will provide you with closure letters for accounts that are Out of Business, Bankrupt, Skips, etc.

Weekly Remits

If you are tired of waiting 30 to 60 days for your agency to remit funds to you after the collection of an account, GrindStone is your answer.
Remits are processed within one week of the debtor’s check clearing our trust account.
